Situated near the village of Pechão, this modern comfortably furnished villa is in a quiet rural location with panoramic views over open countryside.
 
A hire car is recommended but we can also arrange for you to be met at Faro airport and escorted to the villa.

Entrance gates lead along a private driveway to the villa, behind which is a large pool, barbecue and patio area.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen/diner with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher.  There is a large lounge with full Sky satellite TV, video & music centre.

With a log burning stove, central heating, full air conditioning and ceiling fans in most rooms, Villa Sereia is the perfect holiday retreat at anytime of the year.
 
Accommodation is all on one level, and consists of:

 The house has shady terraces on all four sides with the main terrace extending round the large swimming pool.

There is plenty of outdoor furniture with chairs, tables, sun loungers and parasols together with a traditional Portuguese barbecue.

There are extensive views over open countryside and a roof terrace for private sunbathing!

The villa is surrounded by beautiful, well kept gardens with a peaceful seating area.
