During the period May 1st to September 30th you can rent the Villa and the Apartment together or just the Villa. However, you cannot rent the Apartment by itself.
 
The Apartment can be rented by itself between October 1st and April 30th. If you do rent the Apartment during this period, the main Villa will remain unoccupied and you will have sole use of the swimming pool and gardens etc.
