The Area..

Villa Sereia is a beautiful villa located just 8 kilometres north east of Faro airport in some of the finest, unspoilt countryside of southern Portugal. It is a convenient place for exploring the whole of Algarve which is rich in scenery, culture, food and wine.

The nearest village is Pechão, just 2 kilometres away. It has a good restaurant, cafes, bars, mini markets, a few shops and a post office. The traditional fishing port of Olhão is a further 5 kilometres away, and has a superb fish and vegetable market which is held every day. 

Faro, the capital city of Algarve, has excellent shops in pedestrianised walkways.  There are numerous cafes and restaurants in this old historic walled city.

The major tourist attractions of beaches, golf courses and night clubs are less than a half hour drive away.
